Return and exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. The money is returned in the same way as the payment was made.
The return and exchange of goods is carried out through "Nova Poshta" or at the factory at the address Kyiv, str. Bogatyrska, 9.
Please note that items made to order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, please choose the size and color carefully. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us — we will be happy to help.
Conditions
The Smereka company returns and exchanges goods in accordance with the law of Ukraine.
Refunds or product exchanges are made under the following conditions:
The product has not been used, there are no signs of use
Complete set and factory packaging preserved
The product appearance and consumer properties are preserved
According to the law, when returning the product, settlements with the consumer are based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Money is returned no later than 7 days after the seller receives the goods.
