Payment terms
All made-to-order products require an advance payment of the amount 35% from the cost to launch into production. The balance of the payment must be paid before shipping, or at the time of receipt, if the order is delivered by the carrier.
Payment methods
You can pay for purchases only by cashless payment.
For individuals: after placing the order, we will create an invoice for you with an indication of the payment amount and details for the transfer of funds. You can make a payment using this invoice in the mobile application or web banking of your bank, or in a physical branch of any bank.
For legal entities: after placing an order for the details you specified, we will issue an invoice. This invoice must be paid within three days of placing the order.
We are constantly working to improve your experience with our store and in the near future we will introduce the possibility of making payment or prepayment online directly on the site.

Storage of the manufactured order
Attention!!! Storage of the manufactured order within 10 days from the moment of production is free of charge. From the 11th calendar day, the storage cost is 200 UAH / calendar day!
Delivery in Kyiv city
Delivery to the main entrance is possible within Kyiv city. Вартість такої доставки – від 1000 грн.
Delivery across Ukraine
In the rest of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories and areas where hostilities are taking place, delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" courier service. We draw your attention to the fact that delivery of furniture is possible only to the cargo office of "Nova Poshta" or to the address.

Delivery outside Ukraine
Можлива доставка виробів за межі України. Вартість доставки конкретного замовлення залежить від його об’єму. Термін доставки 10-20 календарних днів залежно від країни призначення ( тобто повний цикл від замовлення до отримання займає 50-60 календарних днів).
– перед відправкою відправляється детальне фото та відео, після чого ви сплачуєте різницю між авансом та фінальною вартістю включно з доставкою.
– доставка та розмитнення можливе 2- ма способами, або Ви отримуєте вже розмитнений товар, або самостійно його розмитнюєте.
– економічно доцільно та вигідно доставляти в наступні країни : Польща, Румунія, Чехія, Словакія, Німеччина, Австрія, Угорщина

Furniture assembly
In Kyiv, furniture is delivered mostly assembled. In case of orders to other cities, furniture is delivered disassembled to save money on transportation. Assembling our furniture is not difficult, the vast majority of our customers do it themselves using our video instructions (the link to the video instructions is on the papers that come with the furniture).
